To activate this piece flip the switch located on the disk to the on position. To launch the Whirly Wheel Light Up Toy, drop the small launch piece down the spiral shaft with the flat side facing up. Next position the disk at the top of the spiral shaft and let it spin down to meet the launch piece. Now place one hand on the handle and use your other hand to quickly thrust the launch piece upward from under the disk and watch it fly over 30 feet in the air!
